How to use a Custom Widget Logo?

Why should I use a custom widget logo?
Using a custom widget logo enhances your brand's visibility and consistency across all digital platforms. It helps in creating a cohesive and professional appearance, making your brand easily recognizable to users. This can build trust and credibility, differentiate your brand from competitors, and leave a lasting impression on your audience.
Add the Custom Branding Add-on (requires at least the Basic Plan to unlock the Add-ons function)
- Navigate to the "Purchase Add Ons" panel.
- Add the "Custom Branding" add-on.
- Click "Check out" to purchase the Add-ons function.
Go to "Workspace" and select "Appearance". Then, upload the custom widget logo by clicking the blue upload button.
Toggle the switch to enable the "Custom Widget Logo" option (make sure it shows "Enabled"). You can enter the Custom URL Link that will be linked to your widget logo. Then, click "Save" to save the changes.
Navigate to the "i-frame" to check the result.
