Using Pre-Chat Survey

 

1. Go to Digital Human Lobby and select the digital human

2. Go to "Pre-Chat survey". Toggle the switch to enable Pre-Chat Survey. Make sure it shows "Enabled" when you want to use it.

You can type anything you want in the greeting message and user info. Make sure you click "Save" to save all the changes.
