Credit is Kimiya’s unit of measure. The usage of credits depends on the cost of model and the training:

Training every 5000 characters in documents or URL cost 1 credit. (Documents less than 5000 characters count as 1 credit as well). Training each pairs Q&A cost 1 credit.

To unlock additional features, please upgrade your subscription plan.

When you upgrade your plan, you will immediately gain access to all the corresponding features, including new credits. You will be charged based on the proportional difference between your new plan and your old plan.

2. Choose your desired plan from the monthly or yearly options.

3. Proceed with the payment process.

Credits are a virtual currency used within the system. Users are granted a certain number of credits when they sign up. Credits are deducted when users perform certain actions, such as:

• Asking questions to the digital human (1-15 credits will be deducted depending on the model)

• Uploading documents or URLs to train the digital human (Deduct credits based on the file size)

Credits are used to access various features and services on the platform. To check your remaining credits, navigate to the "Billing & Usage".

No, monthly credits, including add-on credits, do not carry over to the next month.
